AUCTION: TMA Haripur Annual Collection Rights for Bus Stand, Slaughterhouse, Parking, and Other Municipal Assets 2026-27

Tehsil Municipal Administration Haripur is conducting an e-auction for the annual collection rights of various municipal assets for the financial year 2026-27. Items being auctioned: - General Bus Stand Haripur (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,815,000, Period: 30-06-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Slaughterhouse Haripur (Reserve Price: Rs. 635,000, Period: 30-06-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Cattle Market Haripur (Reserve Price: Rs. 550,000, Period: 30-06-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Sanitation Collection Haripur (Reserve Price: Rs. 42,500, Period: 30-06-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Bus Stand Khanpur (Reserve Price: Rs. 12,500, Period: 30-06-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Parking Stand, General Bus Stand Haripur (Reserve Price: Rs. 300,000, Period: 30-06-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Collection Rights for Municipal Assets Haripur (Reserve Price: Rs. 200,000, Period: 30-06-2026 to 30-06-2027) Each lot has a specified reserve price and period of collection rights. Bidders must deposit 5% earnest money of the reserve price in the form of CDR or pay order in favor of TMA Haripur before participating. All participants must be registered on the cfmis.lgkp.gov.pk portal. The successful bidder will be required to pay 20% of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount to be paid as per the schedule.
