The auction will be conducted for the following lots: Items being auctioned: - Collection rights for market fee, slaughterhouse, and vegetable market Hujra Shah Muqeem (Reserve price: Rs. 6,000,000, Earnest money: Rs. 400,000, Auction participation fee: Rs. 30,000, Security deposit: Rs. 600,000) - Collection rights for market fee, slaughterhouse, and vegetable market Basirpur (Reserve price: Rs. 4,000,000, Earnest money: Rs. 400,000, Auction participation fee: Rs. 30,000, Security deposit: Rs. 400,000) The auction will be held at the office of the undersigned on 24-08-2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested parties must submit their applications along with the required earnest money, auction participation fee, and security deposit by 22-08-2026. Only those who deposit the required amounts will be eligible to participate. The successful bidder will be required to pay 10% of the bid amount immediately after the auction and the remaining amount as per the schedule.
