This auction is pursuant to Execution No. 157 of 2026 and Suit No. 158 of 2025. The market value of the property is fixed at Rs. 28,640,000 with a reserve price of Rs. 22,440,000. The highest bidder must deposit 25% of the bid amount as earnest money on the spot. Failure to deposit the earnest money will result in cancellation of the bid. Government taxes and dues will be borne by the auction purchaser.
