AUCTION: Disposal of Old Iron Scrap and Used Tyres at Canal Research Station Faisalabad

The Canal Research Station Faisalabad is inviting interested parties to participate in an open auction for the disposal of old iron scrap and used tyres. This auction provides an opportunity for scrap dealers and interested buyers to acquire surplus materials from the department in Faisalabad. The auction will be conducted at the Canal Research Station premises, and all items will be sold on an as-is-where-is basis. Items being auctioned: - Old Iron Scrap (approx. 250 maunds), Security Deposit: 10,000 PKR, Reserve Price: 30,000 PKR, Auction Date: 2026-11-10, Time: 12:00 PM, Location: Canal Research Station Faisalabad - Used Tyres (approx. 45 pieces), Security Deposit: 3,000 PKR, Reserve Price: 15,000 PKR, Auction Date: 2026-11-13, Time: 12:00 PM, Location: Canal Research Station Sheikhupura The technical scope includes the removal and transportation of the auctioned items from the respective sites after successful bidding. All bidders must deposit the specified security amount before participating in the auction. The successful bidder will be required to pay one-third of the bid amount on the spot, with the remaining amount to be paid within the stipulated time as per auction rules. Only those who fulfill the eligibility criteria and deposit the earnest money will be allowed to participate. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to visit the site before the auction date to inspect the items and assess their condition. The auction will be held at the specified dates and times, and late arrivals may not be entertained.
