NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Jinnah Town Banking Court No. 2 Lahore is conducting a public auction for various land and property lots located in Lahore. This auction presents an opportunity for interested parties to acquire ownership rights to valuable real estate assets through a transparent legal process. The properties are being auctioned as per the court's orders and all proceedings will be conducted at the court premises in Lahore.
Items being auctioned:
- Land measuring 4 Marlas 112 Sqft, Khasra No. 149, Khatooni No. 105/92/3, share of land measuring 10 Marlas, situated at Hadbast Mouza Kot Muhammad, Tehsil City District Lahore
- Share in land measuring 10 Marlas, Abadi Gunj Baksh Park, Had Bast Mouza Kot Muhammad, Tehsil City District Lahore
- Structure, fittings, and improvements on the above land
- Property bearing Khasra No. 6286, Khasra No. 181, transferred share in land
- Plot of Muhammars, Plot of Kalsom, Plot of Tali, and other related property rights
The total reserve price for the auction is Rs. 77,59,927.84. Earnest money of Rs. 7,90,930.84 is required for participation. There is also a non-refundable fee of Rs. 150,000 for certain lots. No outstanding liabilities are reported for some lots, while others are subject to court orders. The auction will be held on 23-09-2026 at 2:00 PM at the court premises. Interested bidders must submit their earnest money and required documents by the specified deadline.
All participants must ensure they bring original CNICs and proof of deposit for earnest money.
