Lahore Chidiyaghar, located on Quaid-e-Azam Road in Lahore, is inviting bids for the public auction of lease rights for the Jumping Castle (Jamping Castle) facility for the financial year 2026-27. This opportunity allows interested parties to operate and manage the Jumping Castle within the zoo premises for a period of one year. The auction will be conducted as per the terms and conditions outlined by the department, and all interested bidders are encouraged to participate in this open and transparent process.
Items being auctioned:
- Lease rights for Jumping Castle at Lahore Chidiyaghar for 01 year (Reserve Price: Rs. 2,500,000, Bid Security: Rs. 125,000, Auction Date: 09-09-2026, Auction Time: 12:00 PM)
The technical scope includes the exclusive right to install, operate, and manage the Jumping Castle attraction for visitors at the zoo. The successful bidder will be responsible for maintaining safety standards, ensuring quality service, and adhering to all operational guidelines set by the management. The lease is valid for one year, and the reserve price for the auction is set at Rs. 2,500,000. Bidders must submit a call deposit (bid security) of Rs. 125,000 along with their application.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to purchase the auction terms and conditions document from the Lahore Chidiyaghar office for Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) by 05-09-2026. The auction will be held at the office of the Director, Lahore Chidiyaghar, on 09-09-2026 at 12:00 PM. All participants must bring original CNIC and proof of bid security.
