AUCTION: K Block Park Toll Collection Rights Sector D-11 Islamabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is conducting an open auction for the toll collection rights at K Block Park, Sector D-11, Islamabad. Interested parties are invited to participate in the auction scheduled for 09 September 2026 at the park site. This opportunity allows the successful bidder to collect tolls from visitors and vehicles entering the park, as per the terms set by CDA. The auction will be held in the presence of CDA officials and all interested bidders. Items being auctioned: - Toll collection rights for K Block Park, Sector D-11, Islamabad (annual reserve price: Rs. 200,000) The successful bidder will be authorized to collect tolls at the designated entry point(s) of the park. The minimum bid increment is Rs. 10,000, and the successful bidder must deposit 20% of the final bid amount immediately after the auction. The remaining amount must be paid within the stipulated time as per CDA rules. The auction is open to all eligible individuals and firms, provided they meet the basic requirements and submit the necessary earnest money (CDR/Pay Order) as specified in the auction terms.
