The Capital Metropolitan Government Peshawar is inviting bids for the lease rights of the KFC Parking Stand located at Tehkal Payan, Peshawar for the financial year 2026-27. This is a lucrative opportunity for interested parties to acquire the rights to operate and manage the parking stand at a prime commercial location in the city. The auction will be conducted through the E-Baldiyah e-auction portal, ensuring transparency and fair competition among all participants.
Items being auctioned:
- Lease rights of KFC Parking Stand, Tehkal Payan, Peshawar (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,500,000, Lease Period: 2026-27)
The technical scope includes the management, operation, and maintenance of the parking stand as per municipal regulations. The successful bidder will be responsible for ensuring smooth parking operations, collection of parking fees, and maintaining the facility in accordance with the terms set by the Capital Metropolitan Government Peshawar. The lease will be awarded for a period of one year, starting from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR as active taxpayers (ATL) and to submit earnest money equivalent to 10% of the reserve price in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Pay Order. Non-filers will be subject to a 20% advance tax, while filers will pay 10%. Bidders must also comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the auction notice and the e-auction portal.
