Tender Description

The Lahore High Court, Multan Bench, is conducting a public auction of the assets of M/s Shabeer Feed Mills Pvt Ltd, located at Chak No. 249-EB, Tehsil Burewala, District Vehari. This auction is being held to recover a decretal amount of Rs. 521,160,220 as per the court's judgment in favor of Bank of Punjab. The auction will take place at the property site in Burewala, and interested parties are invited to participate by fulfilling the outlined requirements.

The technical scope includes the auction of both immovable property (land and buildings) and a comprehensive list of poultry machinery and equipment. The property will be auctioned on an as-is-where-is basis. The reserve price for the auction is set at Rs. 47,792,000 (Forty-Seven Million Seven Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand Rupees), and a security fee of Rs. 3,000,000 (Three Million Rupees) must be deposited via pay order to participate. All government dues, taxes, and transfer costs will be borne by the successful bidder.
The auction will commence on 31-08-2026 at 10:00 AM at the property address. Bidders must ensure timely submission of the security fee and be present at the site. The highest bidder must deposit the reserve price on the same day, with the balance payable within 15 days. For practical success, bidders should prepare all pay orders and documentation in advance to avoid last-minute delays, as the court will not entertain incomplete submissions.
