AUCTION: LDA Model Housing Scheme Lahore Scrap Steel 550 Tons

Lahore Development Authority (LDA) invites interested parties to participate in the open auction of approximately 550 tons of scrap steel from the Model Housing Scheme, Lahore. The auction will be conducted at the LDA Model Housing Scheme, with the auction date set for 03.11.2026 at 09:00 AM. This is a significant opportunity for scrap dealers and recycling businesses to acquire a large quantity of steel scrap directly from a government authority in Lahore. Items being auctioned: - Scrap steel (approx. 550 tons) from LDA Model Housing Scheme, Lahore - Lot 1: 49 tons (Reserve price: Rs. 649,000) - Lot 2: 500 tons (Reserve price: Rs. 12,000,000) - Lot 3: 01 ton (Reserve price: Rs. 3,000) - Lot 4: 50 tons (Reserve price: Rs. 50,000) All lots will be auctioned on the same day, and interested bidders must submit a Pay Order as earnest money equivalent to 10% of the reserve price for each lot they wish to bid on. The auction will be held in the presence of the auction committee, and successful bidders must deposit the remaining amount within 7 days of the auction. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the earnest money. The scrap material must be removed from the site within the stipulated time after full payment.
