Punjab Government Servants Housing Foundation (PGSHF) is offering the lease of constructed shops at its PGSH Scheme in Mohlanwal, Lahore, through an open auction process. This opportunity is ideal for individuals or businesses seeking to secure commercial space in a well-established government housing scheme in Lahore. The auction will be conducted for the following assets:
- Shops (Constructed), 1 Marla Each, 13 Nos. (Shop No. 1 to 07 & 15 to 20), D-Block (Site-I & II), Reserve Rent: Rs. 45,000/Month/Shop, Lease Period: 10 years with 10% annual increase in monthly rent
The shops are located in D-Block of the PGSH Scheme, offering a prime commercial location with significant business potential. Each shop is 1 marla in size, and the lease will be awarded for a period of 10 years, subject to a 10% annual increment in rent. Interested bidders must submit their applications along with Earnest Money of Rs. 135,000 per shop, which is equivalent to three months' reserved rent, in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order in favor of Project Director, Punjab Government Servant Housing Scheme Mohlanwal, Lahore.
Applications must be submitted by 20.08.2026 (Thursday) at 11:00 AM. The open auction will be held at the Community Hall of PGSHS Mohlanwal, Lahore, on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders are required to be physically present to participate in the auction. The earnest money of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded after the auction proceedings.
