AUCTION: Lease Rights for Canteen, Doctor Mess, and Staff House at Nishtar Hospital Multan 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Nishtar Hospital Multan invites sealed bids for the auction of lease rights for various facilities for the financial year 2026-27. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in the open auction process for the following properties within the hospital premises: - Staff House Canteen (Bid Security: PKR 100,000 refundable) - Doctor Mess Canteen (Bid Security: PKR 500,000 refundable) - Student Mess Canteen (Bid Security: PKR 100,000 refundable) Each facility will be leased to the highest qualified bidder through a transparent process. The bid security must be submitted in the form of a valid pay order or bank draft in favor of Nishtar Hospital Multan (NHM-HBL Account 04030022184701). The last date to purchase the auction tender documents is 05-09-2026, and the deadline for submission of sealed bids is 07-09-2026 by 12:00 PM. The auction will be conducted on the same day at 11:00 AM in the hospital premises. All interested bidders must attach a copy of their CNIC and a valid license or registration card with their application. Late submissions will not be entertained. Successful bidders will be required to comply with all rules and regulations set by the hospital administration.
