AUCTION: Annual Lease Rights for Ghulam Muhammad General Market Fee Collection, Slaughterhouse Fee Collection, and Cattle Market Fee Collection Jalalpur Pirwala 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Market Committee Jalalpur Pirwala invites sealed bids for the annual lease rights for the financial year 2026-27 for the following fee collection contracts: Ghulam Muhammad General Market Fee Collection, Slaughterhouse Fee Collection, and Cattle Market Fee Collection Jalalpur Pirwala. The auction will be held at the office of Market Committee Jalalpur Pirwala on 28 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested parties must submit their sealed bids by 29 August 2026. The successful bidder will be required to deposit the full bid amount by 31 August 2026. Items being auctioned: - Ghulam Muhammad General Market Fee Collection Jalalpur Pirwala (Reserve Price: Rs. 6,000,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 600,000) - Slaughterhouse Fee Collection Jalalpur Pirwala (Reserve Price: Rs. 5,000,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 500,000) - Cattle Market Fee Collection Jalalpur Pirwala (Reserve Price: Rs. 3,000,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 300,000) The technical scope includes the exclusive right to collect the specified fees from the respective markets and facilities for the entire financial year 2026-27 (from 1 September 2026 to 30 June 2027). Bidders must provide earnest money in the form of a pay order or CDR equivalent to 10% of the reserve price for each lot. Only those not blacklisted by any government department are eligible to participate. The auction committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the office of the Market Committee Jalalpur Pirwala by the deadline.
