Market Committee Faisalabad invites bids for the annual lease rights of various market sites for the financial year 2026-27 through an open e-auction process. The auction will be conducted online via the Punjab e-auction portal. The lease rights pertain to the collection of entry fees, rent, and other market-related charges at designated sites in Faisalabad. This is a significant opportunity for interested parties to secure revenue collection rights for high-traffic market locations in the city.

- Main Vegetable and Fruit Market, Jhang Road, Faisalabad (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,00,00,000)
- Fish Market, Jhang Road, Faisalabad (Reserve Price: Rs. 2,50,000)
- Chicken Market, Jhang Road, Faisalabad (Reserve Price: Rs. 60,000)
- Meat Market, Jhang Road, Faisalabad (Reserve Price: Rs. 50,000)
- Vegetable and Fruit Market, Samundri Road, Faisalabad (Reserve Price: Rs. 5,00,000)
Each lot has a specified reserve price, and the highest eligible bidder will be awarded the lease rights for the respective market site for the period from 30-06-2026 to 29-09-2026. Bidders must register on the Punjab e-auction portal and submit a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 50,000 per lot. Earnest Money (Bid Security) equivalent to 10% of the reserve price must be deposited via pay order or bank draft in favor of Market Committee Faisalabad before participating in the auction.
Eligibility requires valid CNIC, registration on the e-auction portal, and compliance with all terms and conditions outlined by the Market Committee.
