AUCTION: Lease Rights of Government Primary School Building, Marwana, Abbottabad

The District Education Officer (Marwana), Abbottabad is inviting sealed bids for the lease rights of a government primary school building located in Marwana, Abbottabad. This auction is being conducted to lease out the premises of the school building for a period of four years, as per the terms and conditions set by the department. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction, which will be held at the office of the District Education Officer. All interested bidders must be present at the specified time and venue. To participate, each bidder is required to submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of 15,000 PKR as earnest money, along with a copy of their Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC). The successful bidder will be required to deposit 25% of the total bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount to be paid in accordance with the terms outlined by the department. If the successful bidder fails to comply, the earnest money will be forfeited and the property may be re-auctioned.
