Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Tehsil Municipal Administration Haripur is conducting an e-auction for lease rights of various markets, bus stands, and parking sites for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa E-Baldia/E-auction System, and interested parties are invited to participate as per the schedule. The auction covers multiple lucrative sites in Haripur, offering significant business opportunities for the upcoming year. The lease period will run from November 2026 to 30 June 2027 (8 months).

- Langar Khana, Dhan Mandi Bazar (Reserve Price: PKR 26,666/-)
- Meat Market, TMA Road (Reserve Price: PKR 14,500/-)

- Car Parking Stand, Main Stand, Shop No. 1 (Reserve Price: PKR 18,333/-)
Each site has a specified reserve price and will be leased to the highest successful bidder. The auction will be conducted online, and all interested parties must register on the E-Baldia portal. Earnest Money (CDR/5%) is required for each lot, and successful bidders must deposit the full lease amount as per TMA rules. Only those with valid CNIC and no outstanding dues with TMA Haripur are eligible to participate. The deadline for bid submission is 21 November 2026 at 4:00 PM. Bidders are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions, including the requirement for timely payment and compliance with TMA regulations.
