Items being auctioned: - Shop No. 1 (Old Block, Ghazi University) – Annual lease value: PKR 4,800 - Shop No. 2 (Old Block, Ghazi University) – Annual lease value: PKR 10,120 - Canteen (New Block, Ghazi University) – Annual lease value: PKR 2,000 - Parking Stand (New Block, Ghazi University) – Annual lease value: PKR 1,000 - Shop No. 1 (New Block, Ghazi University) – Annual lease value: PKR 8,400 - Shop No. 2 (New Block, Ghazi University) – Annual lease value: PKR 7,000 - Shop No. 3 (New Block, Ghazi University) – Annual lease value: PKR 2,660 The technical scope includes the management and operation of the leased properties for the duration of the contract. Bidders must ensure compliance with university regulations and maintain the premises in good condition. The auction is open to all Pakistani nationals, and successful bidders will be required to submit earnest money and sign a lease agreement as per university policy.
