AUCTION: Lease of 03 Shops and Car Parking at Kanju Township Swat

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Urban Areas Development Authority Swat invites interested parties to participate in the auction of 03 shops and a car parking space located at Kanju Township Phase-I on a monthly rent basis. The auction will be held on 26/10/2026 at 02:00 PM in the office of the Director Urban Areas Development Authority Kanju Township Swat. Items being auctioned: - 03 Nos Shops 02 to 04 located in Sector C along a 75 feet wide road for a lease period of 03 years - Car Parking in Sector D for a lease period of 01 year The lease terms specify a 3-year rental period for the shops and a 1-year rental period for the car parking space, both on a monthly rent basis. Bidders must deposit Rs. 300000/- as security for each shop, taxi stand, and car parking in the form of a bank draft, call deposit, or pay order in the name of Director Urban Areas Development Authority Swat before the auction. This security will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders after the auction. The successful bidder will be required to deposit six months' rent of the shop as declared by the Competent Authority within seven working days in the form of a bank draft or bank challan in the designated bank account of the Director UADA Swat. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the bid and forfeiture of the security amount in favor of the Authority. All terms and conditions as per the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Areas Development Authorities Auction Regulations 2022 shall apply.
