AUCTION: Lease of Shops at Pak PWD Colony Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Estate Office Management Lahore under the Government of Pakistan invites interested parties to participate in an open auction for leasing shops located at Pak PWD Colony, Wahdat Road, Lahore. The auction is conducted under the supervision of the Deputy Director Estate Office Lahore as per the Shop Rental Policy 2017 (Amendment 2023) for a period of three years on a monthly rent basis. Items being auctioned: - Shop No. 02, Pak PWD Colony, Lahore (2 shops) - Shop No. 06, Pak PWD Colony, Lahore (2 shops) The official monthly rent for these shops is Rs. 7,425 each. The auction date is Thursday, 17 September 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Estate Office Lahore, 1-B Pak PWD Colony, Wahdat Road. Bidders must submit a Bank Draft or Pay Order of Rs. 30,000 as earnest money in favor of Drawing & Disbursing Officer, Estate Office Lahore, refundable to unsuccessful bidders and adjustable for the successful ones. Employees or contractors are not eligible to participate. Bidders are required to submit a copy of their CNIC to the auction committee. Bidding documents must be delivered by 10:00 AM on 17-09-2026. Late bids will not be entertained. The successful bidder must pay one year's advance rent within 10 days and three months' rent as security after approval. The Estate Office reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. For further information and terms, interested parties may contact the Deputy Director Estate Office Lahore during office hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. A non-refundable payment of Rs. 1000 is required for bidding documents. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your earnest money and CNIC copy are ready and submitted on time to avoid disqualification.
