AUCTION: Lease Rights of Slaughterhouse Income, Municipal Committee Narang Mandi 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Municipal Committee Narang Mandi is conducting an open auction for the lease rights of slaughterhouse income for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held on 10-09-2026, Thursday, at 12:00 PM at the office of the Municipal Committee Narang Mandi. Interested parties are invited to participate in the auction for the following lot: Items being auctioned: - Lease rights of slaughterhouse income, Municipal Committee Narang Mandi, for the period 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027 (Reserve Price: Rs. 136,950, Earnest Money: Rs. 13,695) The successful bidder will be responsible for the collection of slaughterhouse fees as per the terms and conditions set by the Municipal Committee. Only eligible individuals or firms with valid CNIC, NTN, and relevant documentation will be allowed to participate. The Punjab government's approval and completion of all required certifications are mandatory. The original CNIC and authority letter must be presented at the time of auction. The successful bidder must deposit the earnest money (10 percent of the reserve price) in the form of a pay order or bank draft. In case of default or non-compliance, the earnest money will be forfeited. The Municipal Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions and ensure all documents are complete before the auction date.
