Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The Parks and Horticulture Authority Sargodha is conducting a public auction for the rights to install LED boards at prime locations across Sargodha city. This opportunity is open for interested parties to secure advertising rights for a period of three years, with a 10% annual increment in the bid amount. The auction will be held at the office of the Parks and Horticulture Authority Sargodha on 27-08-2026 at 11:00 AM. The successful bidders will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of LED boards at the specified sites.
Items being auctioned:
- Tehseel Model Bazar No. 3 General Bus Stand Sargodha (40 LED boards, 6x3 ft, reserve price Rs. 6,00,000, earnest money Rs. 3,00,000)
- Peerkot Bazar Sargodha (24 LED boards, 6x3 ft, reserve price Rs. 3,60,000, earnest money Rs. 3,00,000)
- Chungi No. 9 Road Sargodha (24 LED boards, 6x3 ft, reserve price Rs. 3,60,000, earnest money Rs. 3,00,000)
- Katchery Road (including Chungi No. 9) Sargodha (67 LED boards, 6x3 ft, reserve price Rs. 6,70,000, earnest money Rs. 3,00,000)
- Peerkot Road Sargodha (37 LED boards, 6x3 ft, reserve price Rs. 3,70,000, earnest money Rs. 3,00,000)
- Chungi Road Sargodha (72 LED boards, 6x3 ft, reserve price Rs. 7,20,000, earnest money Rs. 3,00,000)
- Khushab Road Flyover Sargodha (60 LED boards, 6x3 ft, reserve price Rs. 9,00,000, earnest money Rs. 3,00,000)
Each lot specifies the number and size of LED boards, the location, the reserve price, and the required earnest money. Bidders must submit a CDR (Call Deposit Receipt) for the earnest money amount for each lot they wish to bid on. The auction is open to all eligible parties, and detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of the Parks and Horticulture Authority Sargodha. The successful bidder will be required to complete the installation of LED boards within two months of the auction date. If the process is not completed by 29-08-2026, the auction will be considered void for that lot.
