Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Parks and Horticulture Authority Gujrat invites sealed bids for the auction of advertisement display rights on LED/LCD screens at various prominent parks and locations in Gujrat. This opportunity allows successful bidders to install and operate LED/LCD screens for commercial advertisement purposes for a fixed period, as per the terms and conditions set by the authority. The auction is open to all eligible parties interested in outdoor advertising and digital display solutions within the city.
Items being auctioned:
- Job 1: 60 LED/LCD screens (5x3 feet) at Shahbaz Sharif Park, reserve price PKR 504,000, annual value PKR 126,000
- Job 2: 40 LED/LCD screens (5x3 feet) at Company Bagh, reserve price PKR 756,000, annual value PKR 126,000
- Job 3: 18 LED/LCD screens (5x3 feet) at Zahoor Elahi Stadium, reserve price PKR 45,360, annual value PKR 12,600
- Job 4: 28 LED/LCD screens (5x3 feet) at Ladies Park, reserve price PKR 32,560, annual value PKR 12,600
The technical scope includes installation, operation, and maintenance of LED/LCD screens at the specified locations. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical and safety standards as outlined by the authority. The contract period and further operational details are available in the auction documents.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to submit a 10 percent earnest money of the reserve price for each job in the form of CDR or pay order. Firms must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in outdoor advertising or digital display management will be considered an advantage.
The deadline for submission of sealed bids is 15.06.2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of Parks and Horticulture Authority Gujrat. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
