AUCTION: Collection Rights of Lorry Adda Parking Fee Market Committee Chichawatni for Financial Year 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Market Committee Chichawatni invites interested parties to participate in the open auction for the collection rights of Lorry Adda Parking Fee for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be conducted at the office of Market Committee Chichawatni, and all procedures will be carried out in accordance with the prescribed SOPs and relevant government rules. The successful bidder will be responsible for the collection of parking fees at the designated Lorry Adda site for the specified period. Items being auctioned: - Collection rights for Lorry Adda Parking Fee, Market Committee Chichawatni, for the period 01-09-2026 to 30-06-2027 Reserve price: PKR 20,00,000/- The technical scope includes the exclusive right to collect parking fees from all vehicles using the Lorry Adda during the specified period. The successful bidder must deposit an earnest money of PKR 300,000/- in the form of CDR or pay order at the time of auction. The auction will be held on 28-08-2026 at 11:00 AM at the Market Committee office. Only those parties who are not defaulters of the Market Committee and have not been blacklisted are eligible to participate. The successful bidder must deposit 1/5th of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount to be paid as per the schedule outlined in the notice. Bidders are advised to bring original CNIC and proof of earnest money deposit. The auction committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. For a practical tip, ensure you arrive early on the auction day to complete all registration formalities and verify your documents, as latecomers may not be entertained.
