AUCTION: Dismantled LPG Bottling Plant and Scrap Items at Tehsil Complex Narowal

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Deputy Commissioner Office Narowal is conducting an open auction for the dismantled LPG bottling plant and associated scrap items located at Tehsil Complex Narowal. This auction presents an opportunity for interested parties to acquire valuable scrap and plant materials on an as-is-where-is basis. The auction will be held at the Tehsil Complex Narowal, with the event scheduled for 10 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Items being auctioned: - Dismantled LPG bottling plant (443 dismantled items) - Associated scrap materials from the LPG plant - Miscellaneous scrap items as per the detailed list available at the site The reserve price for the entire lot is set at PKR 4,500,000. All items are to be auctioned collectively, and the successful bidder will be responsible for the removal and transportation of the materials from the site. The auction will be conducted on an open competitive basis, and all interested parties are encouraged to inspect the items prior to the auction date. The auction is strictly on an as-is-where-is basis, and no claims regarding the condition or completeness of the items will be entertained after the sale. To participate, bidders must deposit a refundable earnest money of PKR 50,000 in the form of a pay order or CDR in favor of the Deputy Commissioner Narowal before the auction commences. Only those who have deposited the earnest money will be eligible to participate. The successful bidder must pay the full bid amount within the stipulated time as per auction terms. All applicable taxes and duties will be borne by the purchaser.
