Items being auctioned: - Collection rights for mandi fee, bus stand rent, and cattle market (mandi maweshiyan) for Tehsil Jahanian for the financial year 2026-27 (Reserve price: 30 lakh PKR, Earnest money: 2 lakh PKR, Security deposit: 10 percent of the bid amount, Auction participation fee: 20000 PKR) The technical scope includes the right to collect fees from the designated mandi, bus stand, and cattle market within the jurisdiction of Tehsil Jahanian. The successful bidder will be responsible for fee collection as per the rules and regulations of the Market Committee for the entire financial year. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the relevant Punjab government policies and the terms set by the committee. Eligibility requires submission of earnest money (CDR/pay order) and compliance with all legal and procedural requirements. Bidders must not be defaulters of any government dues and must provide valid CNIC copies. The auction will take place on 28-08-2026 at 10:00 AM at the office of Market Committee Jahanian.
