Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Market Committee Gujar Khan invites interested parties to participate in the open auction for the annual fee collection rights for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held at the office of the Market Committee Gujar Khan on 29-08-2026 at 12:00 PM. If the auction is not completed on the first day, it will continue on 31-08-2026 and 01-09-2026 at the same venue and time. The successful bidder will be granted the right to collect the specified market fees for the entire year.
Items being auctioned:
- Annual fee collection rights for Market Committee Gujar Khan for the year 2026-27 (Reserve price: Rs. 3,000,000)
- Collection rights for 6-monthly market fees (details as per committee records)
- Collection rights for other specified market dues as per committee instructions
The technical scope includes the collection of all market-related fees as per the rules and regulations of the Market Committee. The successful bidder must ensure timely deposit of collected amounts and compliance with all relevant laws. The auction is open to all eligible Pakistani citizens and firms. Interested parties must deposit earnest money of Rs. 30,000 in the form of a pay order or CDR in favor of the Market Committee Gujar Khan before participating in the auction. The highest bid above the reserve price will be considered for award, subject to approval by the competent authority.
Bidders are required to bring original CNIC and proof of earnest money deposit on the day of the auction. The auction committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. The deadline for participation is 01-09-2026.
