AUCTION: Market Committee Layyah Fee Collection and Contract Rights 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Market Committee Layyah invites open auction bids for the collection rights and contracts for various fee collection points and market services for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held as per the schedule below at the Market Committee office in Layyah. Interested parties are encouraged to participate and secure the rights for the upcoming year. The following are the details of the lots being auctioned: - Fee collection contract for General Bus Stand Layyah (Reserve price: Rs. 450,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 30,000) - Fee collection contract for Fruit and Vegetable Market Layyah (Reserve price: Rs. 260,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 30,000) - Fee collection contract for Grain Market Layyah (Reserve price: Rs. 3,100,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 30,000) - Fee collection contract for General Bus Stand Chowk Azam (Reserve price: Rs. 100,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 30,000) - Fee collection contract for Fruit and Vegetable Market Chowk Azam (Reserve price: Rs. 200,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 30,000) - Fee collection contract for General Bus Stand Karor Lal Esan (Reserve price: Rs. 60,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 30,000) - Fee collection contract for Fruit and Vegetable Market Karor Lal Esan (Reserve price: Rs. 50,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 7,500) Each contract is for the period from 30 September 2026 to 30 June 2027. Bidders must submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Pay Order as Earnest Money for each lot they wish to bid on. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the committee, and successful bidders must deposit 1/4th of the bid amount immediately after the auction. The remaining amount must be paid as per the terms outlined in the notice. Only those registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to participate. Bidders are advised to bring original CNIC and proof of tax registration. The auction will be held on 27 August 2026 at the specified times for each lot.
