Items being auctioned: - Fee collection rights for General Bus Stand Wahari (Reserve price: Rs. 1,20,00,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 12,00,000, Auction date/time: 27-08-2026, 11:00 AM) - Fee collection rights for Fruit & Vegetable Market Wahari (Reserve price: Rs. 45,00,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 4,50,000, Auction date/time: 28-08-2026, 11:30 AM) - Fee collection rights for Fruit & Vegetable Market Burewala (Reserve price: Rs. 50,00,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 5,00,000, Auction date/time: 29-08-2026, 12:00 PM) - Fee collection rights for Fruit & Vegetable Market Mailsi (Reserve price: Rs. 10,00,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 1,00,000, Auction date/time: 31-08-2026, 12:30 PM) The technical scope includes the collection of market fees from the above-mentioned markets for the specified period. Bidders must submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equivalent to 10% of the reserve price as earnest money along with their application. Only those registered with the relevant tax authorities and fulfilling the eligibility criteria will be allowed to participate. The successful bidder will be responsible for fee collection as per the terms and conditions set by the Market Committee Wahari.
