The technical scope involves the management and collection of fees as per PAMRA regulations, ensuring transparency and compliance with all applicable rules. Bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A refundable earnest money deposit of PKR 1,000,000 is required for participation, to be submitted via PSID through the e-auction portal. The successful bidder must deposit 10 percent of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount payable as per the terms outlined in the notice. The deadline for bid submission is 01-10-2026. All bids must be submitted electronically via the official e-auction portal. For best results, bidders should ensure their registration and earnest money deposit are completed well before the auction date to avoid last-minute technical issues.
