AUCTION: Vegetable and Fruit Market Fee Collection Rights and Truck Stand Fee Chak Jhumra 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Market Committee Chak Jhumra invites sealed bids from interested parties for the auction of collection rights for market fees at the Vegetable and Fruit Market, as well as the Truck Stand Fee for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Agricultural Marketing Regulatory Authority (PAMRA) rules and relevant government policies. The auction is open to all eligible individuals and firms who meet the requirements set out in the notice. Items being auctioned: - Collection rights for Vegetable and Fruit Market Fee, Chak Jhumra (Reserve Price: Rs. 4,000,000/- per annum, Earnest Money: Rs. 400,000/-, Auction Participation Fee: Rs. 30,000/-) - Collection rights for Truck Stand Fee, Chak Jhumra (Reserve Price: Rs. 4,000,000/- per annum, Earnest Money: Rs. 400,000/-, Auction Participation Fee: Rs. 30,000/-) Both lots will be auctioned for the period of one year, starting from 01-09-2026 to 31-08-2027. The successful bidder will be responsible for collecting the respective fees as per the terms and conditions of the contract. Bidders must submit a pay order or demand draft for the earnest money and auction participation fee before the auction date. The auction will be held at the office of the Secretary, Market Committee Chak Jhumra, on 31-08-2026 at 11:00 AM. In case of any public holiday, the auction will be held on the next working day at the same time and place. All participants must bring original CNIC and proof of deposit for earnest money and participation fee. Only those who fulfill all requirements will be allowed to participate. For a better chance of success, bidders should visit the market site in advance to assess the potential revenue and clarify any queries with the committee before the auction date.
