AUCTION: Market Fee Collection Rights for Grain Market and Vegetable Market Depalpur 2026-27

Market Committee Depalpur is conducting a public auction for the collection rights of market fees for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held at the office of the Market Committee Depalpur. Interested parties are invited to participate in the auction for the following lots: - Lot 1: Market fee collection rights for Grain Market Depalpur (Reserve Price: Rs. 3,500,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 350,000, Auction Fee: Rs. 30,000) - Lot 2: Market fee collection rights for Vegetable Market Depalpur (Reserve Price: Rs. 8,000,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 800,000, Auction Fee: Rs. 30,000) The auction will take place on 24-08-2026 at 11:00 AM at the Market Committee office. Bidders must deposit 10% of the reserve price as earnest money and pay the auction fee to participate. The successful bidder will be required to fulfill all terms and conditions as per Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act and relevant rules. The contract will be awarded for the financial year 2026-27. Only those who are not defaulters of the Market Committee and meet the eligibility criteria will be allowed to participate. Bidders are advised to bring original CNIC and proof of deposit for earnest money and auction fee on the day of auction.
