AUCTION: Market Fee Collection Rights for Old Fruit Market, New Fruit Market, and Vegetable Market Ali Pur Chatha 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Market Committee Ali Pur Chatha is inviting sealed bids for the auction of market fee collection rights for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held at the office of the Market Committee Ali Pur Chatha, District Wazirabad. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction for the following collection rights: Items being auctioned: - Market fee collection rights for Old Fruit Market Ali Pur Chatha (Reserve Price: PKR 2,000,000, Earnest Money: PKR 200,000, Registration Fee: PKR 30,000) - Market fee collection rights for New Fruit Market Ali Pur Chatha (Reserve Price: PKR 2,500,000, Earnest Money: PKR 250,000, Registration Fee: PKR 30,000) - Market fee collection rights for Vegetable Market Ali Pur Chatha (Reserve Price: PKR 3,000,000, Earnest Money: PKR 300,000, Registration Fee: PKR 30,000) The auction will take place on 26 August 2026 at 2:00 PM. Successful bidders will be granted the right to collect market fees for the specified markets for the entire financial year ending 30 June 2027. All interested parties must submit their applications along with the required earnest money and registration fee before the auction date. Only those who have deposited the required amounts will be eligible to participate. Applicants must bring their original CNIC and proof of deposit for earnest money and registration fee. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Punjab Agriculture Marketing Department. The Market Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
