AUCTION: Collection Rights of Vegetable, Fruit, Fish, and Chicken Market Fees Jhelum 2026-27

Market Committee Jhelum invites sealed bids for the auction of collection rights for various market fees for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held at the office of Market Committee Jhelum on 3rd September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction for the following collection rights: - Collection rights for vegetable, fruit, fish, and chicken market fees, Jhelum (Reserve price: 7,200,000 PKR, Earnest money: 720,000 PKR, Auction fee: 30,000 PKR) - Collection rights for vegetable, fruit, fish, and chicken market fees, Tehsil Sohawa (Reserve price: 2,200,000 PKR, Earnest money: 220,000 PKR, Auction fee: 30,000 PKR) - Collection rights for vegetable, fruit, fish, and chicken market fees, Tehsil Dina (Reserve price: 2,200,000 PKR, Earnest money: 220,000 PKR, Auction fee: 30,000 PKR) - Collection rights for vegetable, fruit, fish, and chicken market fees, Tehsil Pind Dadan Khan (Reserve price: 7,300,000 PKR, Earnest money: 730,000 PKR, Auction fee: 30,000 PKR) - Collection rights for vegetable, fruit, fish, and chicken market fees, Tehsil Sohawa (Reserve price: 2,100,000 PKR, Earnest money: 210,000 PKR, Auction fee: 30,000 PKR) The technical scope includes the right to collect specified market fees from the designated markets within the respective tehsils for the entire financial year. Bidders must submit earnest money as specified for each lot, along with the auction fee, in the form of pay order or CDR. Only those registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to participate. The successful bidder will be required to comply with all terms and conditions set by the Market Committee Jhelum. Bids must be submitted in person at the Market Committee Jhelum office before the auction time. For best results, bidders should ensure all required documents and earnest money are prepared in advance to avoid last-minute issues.
