Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction for the following properties and rights: Items being auctioned: - Vegetable, Fruit, General, Fish, Chicken, and Meat Market Shops and Parking Rights, Court Odu (Reserve Price: Rs. 5,00,000/-, Earnest Money: Rs. 50,000/-) - Vegetable, Fruit, General, Fish, Chicken, and Meat Market Shops and Parking Rights, Dargai (Reserve Price: Rs. 2,00,000/-, Earnest Money: Rs. 20,000/-) - Vegetable, Fruit, General, Fish, Chicken, and Meat Market Shops and Parking Rights, Batkhela (Reserve Price: Rs. 6,00,000/-, Earnest Money: Rs. 60,000/-) - Vegetable, Fruit, General, Fish, Chicken, and Meat Market Shops and Parking Rights, Thana (Reserve Price: Rs. 3,00,000/-, Earnest Money: Rs. 30,000/-) - Vegetable, Fruit, General, Fish, Chicken, and Meat Market Shops and Parking Rights, Sakhakot (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,60,000/-, Earnest Money: Rs. 16,000/-) - Vegetable, Fruit, General, Fish, Chicken, and Meat Market Shops and Parking Rights, Palai (Reserve Price: Rs. 60,000/-, Earnest Money: Rs. 6,000/-) Each lot has a fixed reserve price and requires a 10 percent earnest money deposit in the form of a pay order or CDR. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the committee, and successful bidders must deposit the required earnest money on the spot. Only those registered with the relevant tax authorities and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to participate. Bidders are advised to bring original CNIC and proof of tax registration. The auction will start at 10:00 AM and continue lot-wise as per the schedule. Submission of bids and earnest money must be completed before the auction time for each lot.
