Inspection of the auction lots will be available on Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM. The Auction Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, either partially or in its entirety. The successful bidder must make full (100%) payment on the spot. Additionally, buyers must pay a tax of 10% of the bid amount for active filers or 20% for non-filers. Successful bidders must remove and transport their goods within 24 hours to avoid fines. Bidders should bring their original identity card along with a photocopy for verification.
