Sargodha Development Authority is conducting an open auction for the lease rights of shops and commercial plots in the Model Town Shopping Plaza, Sargodha. The auction will be held at the office of the Sargodha Development Authority on 19 June 2024 at 11:00 AM. Items being auctioned: - Shop A (47 units, 20x30 ft, reserve price Rs. 3,00,000/- per shop, annual rent Rs. 1,20,000/-) - Shop B (13 units, 15x30 ft, reserve price Rs. 2,00,000/- per shop, annual rent Rs. 1,20,000/-) - Shop C (13 units, 15x30 ft, reserve price Rs. 2,00,000/- per shop, annual rent Rs. 1,20,000/-) - Shop D (30 units, 15x30 ft, reserve price Rs. 2,00,000/- per shop, annual rent Rs. 1,20,000/-) - Shop E (15 units, 15x30 ft, reserve price Rs. 2,00,000/- per shop, annual rent Rs. 1,20,000/-) - Plaza A (30 units, 20x30 ft, reserve price Rs. 4,50,000/- per plaza, annual rent Rs. 1,20,000/-) - Plaza B (13 units, 15x30 ft, reserve price Rs. 3,00,000/- per plaza, annual rent Rs. 1,20,000/-) - Plaza C (13 units, 15x30 ft, reserve price Rs. 3,00,000/- per plaza, annual rent Rs. 1,20,000/-) - Plaza D (30 units, 15x30 ft, reserve price Rs. 3,00,000/- per plaza, annual rent Rs. 1,20,000/-) - Plaza E (15 units, 15x30 ft, reserve price Rs. 3,00,000/- per plaza, annual rent Rs. 1,20,000/-) - Plaza F (13 units, 15x30 ft, reserve price Rs. 3,00,000/- per plaza, annual rent Rs. 1,20,000/-) The technical scope includes the lease of commercial shops and plazas of various sizes, all located within the Model Town Shopping Plaza. Each unit comes with a specified reserve price and annual rent. The auction is open to all eligible Pakistani citizens and business entities. Interested bidders must bring original CNIC and deposit the earnest money as per the terms mentioned in the notice. The successful bidder will be required to pay the bid amount and annual rent as per the auction rules. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to visit the site prior to the auction to inspect the shops and plots.
