Items being auctioned: - Lot 1: Scrap items (general hospital scrap) — Earnest Money (CDR): Rs. 100,000 — Auction Date: 15-10-2026, 11:30 AM — Non-refundable Participation Fee: Rs. 2,000 - Lot 2: Scrap items (general hospital scrap) — Earnest Money (CDR): Rs. 100,000 — Auction Date: 21-10-2026, 11:30 AM — Non-refundable Participation Fee: Rs. 2,000 - Lot 3: Scrap items (general hospital scrap) — Earnest Money (CDR): Rs. 100,000 — Auction Date: 28-10-2026, 11:30 AM — Non-refundable Participation Fee: Rs. 2,000 Each lot consists of unserviceable and obsolete hospital equipment, furniture, and miscellaneous scrap materials. The auction will be conducted in three separate sessions, each with its own date and time as listed above. Interested bidders must submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of Rs. 100,000 as earnest money for each lot they wish to participate in, along with a non-refundable participation fee of Rs. 2,000 per lot. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 25% of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining balance payable within the stipulated period as per hospital rules. All participants must bring their original CNIC and proof of earnest money deposit on the day of the auction. The hospital reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
