Lower Bari Doab Canal Division is conducting an open auction for the disposal of an unserviceable vehicle at Canal Colony, Sahiwal. Interested parties are invited to participate in the auction process as per the schedule and terms outlined in this notice. The auction will be held at the office of the Executive Engineer, Lower Bari Doab Canal Division, Canal Colony, Sahiwal. Items being auctioned: - Rockey Jeep Model # 1998, Registration No. LXG-2480, Quantity: 01, Store Location: Canal Colony LBDC Sahiwal The vehicle is being sold on an as-is-where-is basis and can be inspected at the specified location prior to the auction date. All interested bidders must bring their original CNIC and submit a refundable earnest money of Rs. 10,000 in the form of a pay order or CDR at the time of registration. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 25% of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining 75% payable within seven days. Failure to pay the balance within the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of the earnest money and cancellation of the bid. The auction will commence at 11:00 AM on 23-09-2026, and all participants are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes prior for registration. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Bidders are encouraged to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and review all auction terms before participating.
