AUCTION: Municipal Collection Rights and Parking Sites Tehsil Municipal Administration Havelian 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Tehsil Municipal Administration Havelian is conducting an open e-auction for municipal collection rights and parking sites for the financial year 2026-27. Interested parties are invited to participate through the E-Baldia/E-Auction System. The auction will be held online, and all eligible bidders must register and submit their bids as per the schedule. The auction covers a range of municipal rights and parking sites, each with a specified reserve price and duration. Items being auctioned: - Mandi (General Market) Fee Collection Rights (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,600,000, Duration: 9 months till 30 June 2027) - Wagon Stand (Bus Stand) Fee Collection Rights (Reserve Price: Rs. 600,000, Duration: annual) - General Bus Stand Fee Collection Rights (Reserve Price: Rs. 150,000, Duration: annual) - Cattle Market Fee Collection Rights (Reserve Price: Rs. 70,000, Duration: 1 year till 30 June 2027) - Mandi (General Market) Parking Fee Collection Rights (Reserve Price: Rs. 20,000, Duration: 9 months till 30 June 2027) - Library Fee Collection Rights (Reserve Price: Rs. 20,000, Duration: annual) - Slaughterhouse Fee Collection Rights (Reserve Price: Rs. 15,000, Duration: annual) The technical scope includes the collection of various municipal fees and management of parking sites as per the terms set by the TMA Havelian. Bidders must deposit 5% Earnest Money (CDR) of the reserve price for each lot. Successful bidders will be required to pay 15% of the bid amount within 7 days of the auction and the remaining amount as per the schedule. Only those registered on the KPRA and FBR Active Taxpayer List are eligible to participate. The auction will be conducted online at www.cfims.lcbpk.gov.pk. The last date for bid submission is 09 September 2026 at 03:59:59 PM, and the auction will commence on 07 September 2026 at 09:00 AM.
