Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Tehsil Municipal Administration Havelian is inviting bids for the auction of lease rights and contracts for various municipal assets and bus stands for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be conducted through the E-Baldia/E-Auction System, and interested parties can participate online by registering at www.cfims.lcbpk.gov.pk. The auction process is transparent and open to all eligible bidders who fulfill the requirements.
Items being auctioned:
- Municipal Bus Stand Havelian (Contract period: 9 months, reserve price: Rs. 2,000,000, up to 30 June 2027)
- General Bus Stand Havelian (Annual contract, reserve price: Rs. 250,000, for 2026-27)
- Municipal Bus Stand Kokal (Contract period: 9 months, reserve price: Rs. 180,000, up to 30 June 2027)
- Slaughter House (Annual contract, reserve price: Rs. 70,000, for 2026-27)
- Municipal Latrine Ticket (Contract period: 9 months, reserve price: Rs. 25,000, up to 30 June 2027)
- Animal Pen (Annual contract, reserve price: Rs. 25,000)
- Slaughter House (Annual contract, reserve price: Rs. 15,000)
The technical scope includes the management and operation of the above municipal facilities and collection rights as per the terms and conditions set by the TMA Havelian. Bidders must submit 5% earnest money (CDR) of the reserve price along with their application. Successful bidders will be required to provide two guarantors and sign the contract within seven days of award. The auction is open to all Pakistani nationals who are not defaulters of any government department. The last date for submission of bids is 14 October 2026 at 3:59:59 PM, and the auction will be held on 12 October 2026 at 9:00 AM.
