AUCTION: Disposal of Unserviceable Government Vehicle Nissan 1993 FDQ-5892 at Lathio Satak, Lodhran

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Office of the Additional Director Lathio Satak Lodhran is conducting a public auction for the disposal of an unserviceable government vehicle. Interested parties are invited to participate in the open auction process for the following vehicle: - Nissan 1993, Registration Number FDQ-5892, Reserve Price: Rs. 50,000 The vehicle is available for inspection at the office of the Additional Director Lathio Satak Lodhran. Prospective bidders can visit during office hours to examine the vehicle and obtain further details from the relevant officer. Participation in the auction requires a refundable earnest money deposit of Rs. 50,000 in the form of cash, pay order, or bank draft, which must be submitted before the auction begins. The successful bidder will be required to pay 25% of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining balance due within seven days. Failure to pay the remaining amount within the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of the earnest money and the vehicle will be re-auctioned. The auction will be held on 26-09-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Additional Director Lathio Satak Lodhran. If the auction cannot be held on the scheduled date, it will be rescheduled to 28-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. All government taxes and transfer fees will be borne by the successful bidder. The department reserves the right to cancel the auction at any stage without assigning any reason. Tip: Arrive early on the auction day to complete the earnest money deposit and registration process smoothly, as late arrivals may not be accommodated.
