Auction of Non-Exportable Trophy Hunting Permits of Kashmir Markhor, Himalayan Ibex and Grey Goral

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Wildlife Department invites eligible national, international, and local experienced hunters to participate in the sealed bid auction for Non-Exportable Trophy Hunting Permits of Kashmir Markhor, Himalayan Ibex, and Grey Goral. This auction is conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulation Rules, 2014. Bidders must register on the EPADS portal (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) to submit their bids online. Items being auctioned: - Kashmir Markhor (Chitral) 4 trophies - Kashmir Markhor (Kohistan) 2 trophies - Kashmir Markhor (Chitral Gol National Park) 4 trophies - Himalayan Ibex (Chitral) 7 trophies - Himalayan Ibex (Chitral Gol National Park) 5 trophies - Himalayan Ibex (Mansehra) 1 trophy - Himalayan Ibex (Kohistan) 1 trophy - Grey Goral (Buner) 1 trophy - Grey Goral (Haripur) 1 trophy - Grey Goral (Battagram) 1 trophy - Grey Goral (Kohistan) 1 trophy The auction requires a 2% Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) based on the offered bid rate. Bidders must submit scanned copies of their bids and relevant documents along with bid security on EPADS before the deadline. Physical submission of bid security in original form is mandatory. The Chief Conservator Wildlife KP must receive the bid security in the form of CDR or a bid security/guarantee from a scheduled bank, excluding microfinance and other financial institutions. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 08/10/2026 at 10:30 hours at the office of the Chief Conservator Wildlife KP, with both physical and online participation options. Bidders are advised to ensure they obtain the online meeting link. All taxes, duties, commissions, and fees related to the disposal process are the responsibility of the bidders. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA Rules, 2014. For further information and inspection of bid documents, bidders may contact the office of the Chief Conservator Wildlife KP during office hours. The submission deadline is 20/10/2026 at 01:30 PM, with financial bid opening at 02:00 PM the same day.
