AUCTION: Nursing Hostel Mess / Canteen at Jinnah Hospital Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Jinnah Hospital Lahore invites interested individuals, firms, and companies registered with relevant authorities to participate in the auction of its Nursing Hostel Mess / Canteen for a period of one year through the e-Auction Portal. The property is adjacent to Jinnah Hospital & Canal with a total area of 12,000 Sqf. Items being auctioned: - Nursing Hostel Mess / Canteen at Jinnah Hospital Lahore The successful applicant will be responsible for providing Nursing Hostel Mess / Canteen services round the clock 24 hours, 7 days a week at Jinnah Hospital Lahore. The auction will start at the advertised reserve price of Rs. 6,113,480/- (without tax) for one year. Offers must exceed the previous offer by at least 1% of the reserve price plus the last offer. If no offer is received by the last minute of the scheduled e-auction, the auction will end automatically. However, if an offer is received during the last minute, the auction time will be extended by an additional five minutes to allow further competition. Applicants must register on the e-Auction Portal and upload required documents including Earnest Money equal to 10% of the reserve price in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft (DD), Pay Order (PO), or Banker's Cheque in the name of Medical Superintendent, Jinnah Hospital Lahore. Hard copies are not required but the original must be submitted physically within ten days of evaluation announcement. Failure to do so will disqualify the applicant. Key dates include closing of registration on 28-10-2026, last date for grievance submission on 11-11-2026, and last date for submission of CDR by approved firms on 25-11-2026. The auction will be held on 02-12-2026 from 11:00 AM to 03:00 PM. The auction will be conducted as per the 'Auction Policy 2025' notified by the SHC&ME Department. Bidders are advised to carefully review the auction terms and conditions available on the e-Auction Portal and the official AIMC and SHC&ME Department websites.
