Tender Description
This auction notice from the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office in Quetta invites bids for the disposal of unserviceable, faulty, and obsolete generators. The generators are located at NADRA's Regional Head Office on Zarghoon Road, Quetta. Bidders can inspect the items from 24th February to 12th March 2026 during office hours. The auction requires bidders to submit sealed bids accompanied by 5% earnest money via Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Pay Order in favor of NADRA NSRC Disbursement Account. The highest bid for each lot above the reserve price will be accepted. Successful bidders must pay 25% of the total bid amount on the acceptance day and the remaining 75% within 24 working hours. Removal of items must be completed within 48 hours at the bidder's expense.
Bidders must comply with NADRA's eligibility criteria, including valid CNIC and NTN registration, and submit an affidavit on non-blacklisting and document authenticity. The auction follows strict rules under PPRA, and bids with incomplete or fake documents will be rejected.
