Supply of Polypropylene Jumbo Bags, Tyres, Misc Items and Manpower for Bolan Mining Enterprises

Bolan Mining Enterprises (BME), a joint venture of the Government of Balochistan and Pakistan Petroleum Limited, invites sealed bids from renowned contractors, bidders, and companies registered with the Sales Tax Department and Income Tax Department, and active on the FBR taxpayer list. The procurement is for supply to BME sites in Khuzdar and Quetta, Balochistan. Items being procured: - Brand New Polypropylene Woven, White Color, Export Quality Jumbo Bags with 1.5 Ton Capacity complying with Safety Factor 6:1 for BME Site Khuzdar - Tyres for Miscellaneous Vehicles as per specifications for BME Site Khuzdar - Miscellaneous Items including CCTV with UPS 3KVA, Computers All In One with licensed software, Color Printers, RO Plant, Split ACs 1.5 ton (reversible), Split ACs 1 ton, 1.5 Ton AC Stand Alone, Multi-Functional Photocopier for BME Head Office Quetta and Site Khuzdar - Provision of Manpower through Third-Party Contractor as per scope of work for BME Site Nokundi Operations The technical scope covers supply of quality materials and equipment as per specifications and provision of manpower services at specified BME sites. Bidders must comply with all tender document requirements including PEC registration where applicable, FBR active taxpayer status, and submit bid security of 2% of total bid value. Tender documents are available for PKR 5,000 each, payable via Pay Order or online through Allied Bank Ltd. Tender documents can be collected and bids submitted at BME House, 3 B & 8 B Model Town, Quetta, Balochistan. Collection dates are from 21-09-2026 to 28-09-2026 during working hours (9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday). The bid submission deadline is on or before 06-10-2026 at 3:00 PM, with bid opening at 3:30 PM the same day. Bidders should clearly mention the tender number and item details on the sealed envelope. No bid will be accepted without bid money. BME reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
