Tender Description
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office in Sargodha is conducting an auction for obsolete and unserviceable IT equipment. This auction includes items such as desktop systems, all-in-one systems, and form scanners. The auction is specifically for the disposal of these technical items on an as-is-where-is basis at the NADRA RHO Sargodha stores located at 6 Gulshan Avenue PAF Link Road.
Interested bidders must ensure they meet eligibility criteria including valid Sales Tax Registration, NTN Certificate, and proof of active taxpayer status. An Earnest Money Deposit of PKR 25,000 is required, refundable to unsuccessful bidders. The auction documents must be completely filled and submitted through the Electronic Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS) by 25 May 2026 at 2:00 pm. Bids will be opened the same day at 2:30 pm.
