Tender Description
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office in Sargodha is conducting an auction for obsolete and unserviceable IT equipment. This auction includes items such as desktop systems, all-in-one systems, and form scanners. The auction is specifically for the disposal of these technical items on an as-is-where-is basis at the NADRA RHO Sargodha stores located at 6 Gulshan Avenue PAF Link Road.
Interested bidders must ensure they meet eligibility criteria including valid Sales Tax Registration, NTN Certificate, and proof of active taxpayer status. An Earnest Money Deposit of PKR 25,000 is required, refundable to unsuccessful bidders. The auction documents must be completely filled and submitted through the Electronic Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS) by 25 May 2026 at 2:00 pm. Bids will be opened the same day at 2:30 pm.
The auction process emphasizes transparency and compliance with procurement rules. Successful bidders must deposit 25% of the bid amount immediately and the remaining 75% within 24 working hours. Removal of items must be completed within 48 hours of full payment to avoid demurrage charges. NADRA reserves the right to reject bids or blacklist bidders involved in corrupt practices.
Bidders are advised to inspect the items between 12 May and 22 May 2026 during office hours. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all required documents are attached in EPADS and to submit bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues. This auction offers a valuable opportunity for suppliers interested in acquiring IT equipment from a reputable government department in Punjab with clear terms and conditions.
