Terms and conditions include a 10% Earnest Money deposit in the form of Cash/CDR in favor of the Sr. Accounts Officer, P.O Box No. 110, Abbottabad. Items are sold on an "As & Where" basis, and bids must include all applicable government taxes. Buyers must collect items at their own expense within seven days of award. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reasons. Successful bidders must submit 25% of the bid value on the spot. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Financial Proposal" by 1100 hours on **31st August 2026 (Monday)** at the Store Department, P.O Box No. 110, Mansehra Road, Mandian, Abbottabad.
