The auction offers prime location properties suitable for business use in Sukkur city. Items being auctioned: - Building size 1751.45 Sq Ft (29'-2"x57'-2") with parking covered area 680.30 Sq Ft near KFC Military Road, Sukkur. The covered area is furnished with paint on walls, roof with fall sealing, and airtight structure designed especially for air conditioning. Three Phase Electric Meter installed. Reserve price Rs. 700,000 per month with security deposit Rs. 2,100,000. - Shop covered area 11' x 15' near KFC Military Road Sukkur. Only grey structure. Reserve price Rs. 500,000 per month with security deposit Rs. 1,500,000. Auction documents can be collected from the Admin Office, IBA Public School, Military Road, Sukkur on any working day from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from October 01, 2026 to October 20, 2026. The last date for submission of bids in a sealed envelope is October 20, 2026, up to 3:00 p.m. at Admin Office, IBA Public School Sukkur. Bids will be opened on the same day at 3:30 p.m. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid security must be submitted in the form of bank demand draft/pay order in favor of 'IBA-Public School Sukkur' along with the bid document. Bids without bid security will be rejected. The building and shop can be inspected on any working day during working hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) from October 01, 2026 to October 20, 2026. Applicable taxes, duties, and fees will be charged as per rules. The highest quoted bid will be the successful bidder. Bid validity period is 90 days.
