All items are being sold on an as-is-where-is basis. Interested bidders must deposit an Earnest Money of **PKR 30,000** in the form of a Pay Order or CDR before participating. The auction will be held on **10-09-2026** at the Board's premises. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the items on **09-09-2026** during office hours. Successful bidders must deposit 25% of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the balance payable within the stipulated period. All applicable taxes will be borne by the successful bidder. Bring your original CNIC and proof of Earnest Money deposit on the auction day.
