AUCTION: Okara Chawni Toll Collection Rights for Entry Fee 2026

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Okara Cantonment Board is inviting bids for the public auction of toll collection rights for the entry fee at Okara Chawni for the financial year. The auction will be held at the office of the Cantonment Board Okara Chawni on 1st September 2026 at 11:00 AM. If the auction is not successful on the first day, it will be held again on 2nd September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Items being auctioned: - Toll collection rights for entry fee at Okara Chawni for one year - Entry fee rates: - Suzuki/Car/Small Vehicle: 200 PKR - Loader Rickshaw/Motorcycle: 150 PKR - Bicycle: 100 PKR The successful bidder will be required to deposit 1/5th of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount to be paid in 11 monthly installments. The minimum reserve price for the auction is set at Rs. 1,000,000. Bidders must bring their original CNIC and a pay order of Rs. 100,000 as earnest money in favor of Okara Cantonment Board. The successful bidder must sign the agreement within 7 days of approval, and failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the earnest money. The auction is open to all eligible parties, but those with outstanding dues or previous contract violations with the Cantonment Board are not eligible to participate. The auction will be conducted as per the rules and regulations of the Cantonment Board and PPRA. Bidders are advised to carefully review all terms and conditions before participating.
